Melting

Practice melting away that icky frozen feeling you get when you're scared, frustrated, or angry.

  • Moderate Break (2-5 mins)
  • All Ages
  • Mindfulness and Breathing

Instructions

1. Get Comfortable

Find a quiet spot where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

2. Focus on Your Breathing

Inhale deeply through your nose, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Imagine you're breathing in calmness and exhaling all your worries.

3. Follow Along with the Video

Press play on the GoNoodle video and let the guided meditation walk you through the exercise. As the video encourages you, pretend your body is melting like ice, releasing tension with every breath.

4. Relax and Enjoy

Let your muscles relax and your mind become peaceful as you continue breathing deeply. Feel the stress melt away!
