Instructions

1. Partner Up

  • Pair off and decide who starts as the "Mover" and who will be the "Mirror."

2. Move Like Magic

  • The Mover begins with slow, controlled motions—stretch, wave, or strike a pose!
  • The Mirror reflects every action as smoothly and accurately as possible.

3. Swap Roles

  • After a minute or two, switch places and let the other partner take the lead.

4. Make It Tricky (Optional)

  • Gradually increase the speed of movements or add in unexpected twists and turns.
  • Work together to create a mesmerising mirrored routine!
