Step 1: Stand Tall
Everyone stands up and gets into position, ready to act out their favorite "air" activity.
Step 2: The "Air" Command
The leader calls out an "air" activity (like air guitar, air skipping, or air handball). Get ready to pretend you’re doing it without any props—just use your imagination!
- Air Guitar – Pretend to shred on an invisible guitar.
- Air Skipping – Skip through the air as if you had a jump rope.
- Air Handball – Throw and catch an imaginary handball.
- Air Drums – Tap out a beat on an invisible drum kit.
- Air Hockey – Pretend to play a fast-paced game of air hockey.
- Air Swimming – Swim through the air with smooth strokes.
- Air Jump Rope – Jump over an imaginary rope, hopping and twirling.
- Air Basketball – Shoot hoops with an invisible basketball.
- Air Piano – Play a tune on an imaginary piano.
- Air Karate – Throw some air punches and kicks in a karate routine.
- Air Bowling – Roll an invisible bowling ball down the lane.
- Air Dance – Bust out some moves like you’re dancing with no music.
- Air Tennis – Swing your invisible racket to hit a tennis ball.
- Air Flight – Pretend you’re soaring through the sky like a bird.
- Air Lasso – Swing an invisible lasso and catch some imaginary cattle!
Step 3: Act it Out
Now it's time to perform! Strum your air guitar, skip through the air, or throw your invisible handball—all while having fun with your friends!
Step 4: Repeat
Keep the energy going! The leader can call out new "air" activities, and the students can jump into action each time.
